Everyone at RRVH is wonderful! When we arrive, we are greeted with kindness and warmth. Everyone on staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. The doctors, Dr. Brignac and Dr. Wheeler treat my pets with care and compassion. They are second to none and I entrust them 100% with my babies. They listen and answer all of my questions and concerns.

There are no words to express the love and gratitude my family has for this team. Treat your pets like their own? Check. Go above and beyond routine care? Check. Support the fur parents? Check. I promise you, they’re the best around.

I will continue to recommend River Road Veterinary Hospital to others. Our first visit with our dog was an overall excellent experience. A great experience from beginning-to-end. A friendly staff greets you & helps you when you walk in. Making an appointment was easy-peasy. Everyone we talked with during our dog’s appointment was terrific. You can tell the staff loves animals. Everyone was very knowledgeable, and answered any questions we had. Dr. Ben Brignac was terrific!

I loved the environment, the fact that we were taken to a room right away, and Dr. Courtney answered all of my questions I had as a new mom to a fur baby. I really appreciated the time given to answer questions and set expectations for the visit. The staff was really friendly and made me and my pup feel comfortable. I loved the personal touch of having a drawing of my pup on her packet to take home. We felt like part of the family!

We have been coming to RRVH for the past 3 years (ever since we got our pup). They have always provided outstanding care and they truly make you and your pet feel cared about. Our pup has a lot of different issues and they have been diligent and guided us in the right direction when needed. We appreciate the kindness each staff member provides. They know our pup by name and are always excited to see him. I couldn’t see us going any where else for our pups care! Absolutely recommend!

My first visit was a few days ago. The entire staff made an amazing impression. I walked out with more information than I could have even thought to ask for. They answered questions before I asked. Extremely happy with the care and service. The puppy packet was a huge help as I’ve not had a puppy in over 30 years!

Everyone genuinely cares about your animals and you. They always go above and beyond. I appreciate how they also explain all options. I know that my animals are with people who love them
